As much as we love Zambia, often specialized items like die-cut metal business cards or letter-press wedding invitiations (for example) are impossible to get done in Zambia so we design them here and get them printed else-where; hence these services take time to process and are a little more costly. (On another note...We are seriously considering getting our own letterpress machine... so watch this space:-)
All items from the "Personal & Special" Section need to be booked well in advance... Steph will not run around on Christmas Eve trying to get your Christmas Cards done! So unfortunately we reserve the right to not accept rush print jobs. But we may do the design for you and send it to you to get printed, if you ask nicely.
We have some excellent printing partners in Zambia and also in South Africa
(when the Zambian one's are not being reasonable) And always try and get the best prices and quality for our customers but if you already have a preferred printer- well, that's ok too!
